Alberto Cruz

I was born in Miami and now live in Orlando, Florida, where I've built my career across banking, real estate, and mortgage.

I started in banking in 2008, where I developed a foundation in financial structure and lending. In 2012, I transitioned into real estate as a licensed agent and broker, focused on building something of my own.

Like most early agents, I was doing everything myself — generating business, managing clients, and trying to grow at the same time. That changed when I made the decision to build support around me, which allowed me to focus on what actually drives results: relationships, production, and execution.

Over time, that shift allowed me to scale from an individual agent into building a top-performing real estate brokerage in Orlando, ultimately leading to a successful merger with one of the largest independent real estate companies in the country.

After that transition, I returned to where my career originally started — finance.

I shifted my focus fully into mortgages, bringing with me the real estate experience, operational discipline, and client-first approach I had developed over the years. Since then, I've grown from loan officer to branch manager, and eventually to division manager, overseeing multiple branches and supporting hundreds of families each year in home financing.

Today, my focus is simple. Helping clients make the right decisions when it comes to buying, refinancing, and structuring their real estate investments — with the experience of both real estate and lending behind every recommendation.
