USDA Loans
100% financing for eligible rural and suburban homebuyers with reduced mortgage insurance.
Program Overview
USDA loans are backed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and are designed to encourage homeownership in rural and eligible suburban areas. The USDA Guaranteed Loan Program (Section 502) offers 100% financing — no down payment required — for qualifying borrowers purchasing in designated areas.
Despite the "rural" designation, many suburban communities in Florida qualify, including areas around Central Florida, the Space Coast, and the Panhandle. USDA loans also feature below-market mortgage insurance rates, making the monthly payment often lower than FHA on equivalent loans.
